Almost $1 Billion Recovered For Our Clients

To date, Goldberg & Goldberg has obtained in excess of 135 separate verdicts and settlements in excess of $1 million with an aggregate recovery total approaching $1 billion. Senior partner Barry Goldberg holds one of the largest drug product liability verdicts in America and the largest individual personal injury verdict in Illinois history, an award in excess of $127 million.

In the last year alone the firm has achieved verdicts of $12 million in an obstetrical malpractice case, $16 million in a case involving the over radiation of a cancer survivor and over $7 million in a misdiagnosed post-surgical bleed case resulting in the wrongful death of a 60 year old father of three. Additionally, the firm has achieved settlements in the past two years in excess of $50 million for their clients, including $18 million for a brain injured child, and two $9 million settlements for brain injured children.
